Marian's art
Marian was born in Spain in 1977. Throughout her life, she has lived in Spain, England, and Italy. By experiencing different cultures, she has learned to embrace diverse perspectives; reality is never fixed but fluid and ever-changing, depending on the observer's point of view.
Her paintings reflect all of this: differences that, when blended together, create richness, color, and a plurality of visions.
The artist captures environments, situations, people, and places she is emotionally connected to, She then blends different elements into a single image, that she brings to the canvas. It is often a challenging and complex quest to find the right synthesis that conveys the emotions, thoughts, and sensations she experiences or has experienced in specific moments.
It is a careful and meticulous process, where heart and mind come together to paint a piece of herself each time.
